The Greater Noida authority, which needs to recover Rs 5,650 crore from around 107 realtors who have defaulted on their respective land cost payments, has decided to issue recovery certificates (RCs) and stop-work notices, seal unsold inventory or cancel plot allotments to recover dues. The crackdown is likely to begin within a week, officials said.
