Chelsea 'to decide whether to build a new stadium at Earl's Court or to stay at Stamford Bridge'

Chelsea's have reportedly been warned they could face protests should a decision be made to move from Stamford Bridge to Earl's Court as the club seeks to build a state of the art stadium.
