Simon Cowell looks slimmer than ever in tight T-shirt and shades as he heads to filming on America’s Got Talent
SIMON Cowell looked lean as he stepped out for the latest round of America’s Got Talent auditions.
The music mogul, 63, has lost four stone after re-vamping his health and lifestyle.
He overhauled his diet after suffering a fall on his stairs inside his London home in October 2017.
This week, the dad of one was captured arriving at the US audition venue in LA in a dark blue top which clung to his figure.
The short sleeves showed off his muscular arms and he paired it with jeans.
Looking ready for business, he carried a black briefcase and wore matching huge sunglasses.
Simon was seen pointing at a waiting photographer before entering the venue.
He has jetted back to the US after filming the UK version earlier this month.
The Sun exclusively revealed how a “disgraceful” prank involving Simon and new judge Bruno Tonioli had sparked fury among fans.
Meanwhile, in a candid chat about his dieting, Simon previously admitted he used to binge on sausage rolls, hamburgers and his favourite jam tarts made by his personal chefs.
However, since ditching his unhealthy lifestyle he reveals he has managed to drop four waist sizes.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Simon said: “The most dramatic period was the first month where most of the weight comes off and you look at yourself and think ‘wow’.”
The mogul blamed his injuries on his unhealthy lifestyle where he “lived like a vampire” staying awake till 8am every morning.
On his new diet, he explains: “All I do is avoid just red meat – white meat is fine – and I eat loads of vegetables, salads and drink this great beer.
“If you’re on a diet you have to keep the food sensible, but it’s got to be interesting and tasty, then the diet’s surprisingly easy.”
