A bench led by Justice Abhay S Oka upheld the Allahabad High Court’s order that ruled that the coming up of a fresh factory would not in any manner hurt the business interests of the existing sugar factories and would bring in more prosperity for the sugarcane growers as the percentage of sugarcane sale would increase.
