Rwanda appeals for extradition of genocide perpetrators

  The Republic of Rwanda has appealed for the extradition of genocide perpetrators around the world. This was contained in a press statement, on Friday, by the Rwanda High Commission on the 29th commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi’. On April 7, 2023, Rwanda marked the 29th Commemoration of the 1994 Genocide against
