Sex therapist in row with landlords calls the police over an ‘intimidating’ horse

A sex therapist claims she’s being harassed by her landlord’s horses. 

‘Lady’ Pea Ramshaw, as she calls herself, is engaged in an ongoing tiff with the Cator family, who own the Old House period property where she lives in Ranworth, Norfolk.

Recently, a number of trees were felled close to the boundary of the land, providing a clear view of a nearby field where a horse has since been set out to graze.

Ms Ramshaw claims that the horse has been placed there to ‘intimidate’ her own two mares, and has reported the incident to the police.

In her official complaint, she said: ‘This is harassment.

‘The only trees that have been removed are the ones next to the field my horses are in – and the gelding suddenly appeared on the same day.

‘It can’t be a coincidence and it puts the safety of my horses at risk.

‘I think they are trying to make me leave.’

Ms Ramshaw added the horse in the nearby field, the owner of which is not known, calls out to her mares into the night, and says she has reported the clearance of the trees to the Norfolk Wildlife Trust and Broadland Council.

The Cator family have not commented on Ms Ramshaw’s claims. 

The disagreement allegedly began in November 2021, over the number of animals kept by Ms Ramshaw on the property – which include four dogs, sheep, pigs, horses, ducks, hens and geese.
