Rob Baxter insists new signing Joe Hawkins will be eligible for the Rugby World Cup

Exeter director of rugby Rob Baxter says he expects new signing Joe Hawkins to play at the World Cup with Wales later this year after he made the promising back his latest Chiefs signing.
