Who is Joe Thomas?

Joe Thomas is a British actor born on October 28, 1983.
He is best known for playing Simon Cooper in iconic Channel 4 comedy The Inbetweeners.
Along with co-stars James Buckley, Blake Harrison and Simon Bird, The Inbetweeners is regarded as one of Britain’s best loved comedies.
It followed four six-form students as they navigated their way towards adulthood, with a varying degree of success.

Before this,  he studied at Pembroke College in Cambridge University where he was a member of Footlights alongside his Inbetweeners co-star Simon Bird.

Joe and his co-stars waved goodbye to The Inbetweeners in 2014 following two feature films together.

What TV shows has Joe Thomas been in?

Thomas appeared in White Gold, a BBC series created by Damon Beasley, best known for creating The Inbetweeners alongside Iain Morris.
Joe played a double glazing salesman alongside Ed Westwick and former Inbetweeners co-star Buckley, in the sitcom set in the 1980s.

Joe starred in student sitcom Fresh Meat and played a maths teacher in the second series of Threesome.

In 2019 he took part in Dave channel’s comedy panel show Taskmaster.

He appeared on The Great British Bake off: Stand Up To Cancer in 2023.

Thomas has been in a relationship with former Inbetweeners co-star Hannah Tointon since 2012.

The pair got engaged in 2017, and live together in London.

In October 2022, they announced the birth of their first child, a baby girl.
