Jailed former Met Police cop David Carrick accused of attacks against five more women
JAILED police rape fiend David Carrick has been accused of attacks by up to five more women.
The former PC is also being probed for a sex attack allegedly carried out aged 13.
The fresh claims are reportedly being investigated by Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire major crimes unit.
Carrick, 48, was given 36 life sentences in February for 85 offences, including rapes, sex assaults and false imprisonment against 12 women.
He will serve a minimum 32 years.
A senior cop who led the major crimes team that brought the monster to justice said ten more people have shared information on Carrick since he was jailed.
Det Chief Insp Iain Moor told The Sunday Times: “The team is now working with the CPS and investigating all these new allegations.
“I think there are more women (victims) out there.”
Carrick of Salisbury, Wilts joined the Met Police in 2001.
He then worked with the Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection unit.
The now sacked officer used his job to earn the trust of victims before attacking them.
Meanwhile, anti-corruption cops have discovered 161 serving Met officers have criminal records – around one in 200.
Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley wants police chiefs to have greater powers to dismiss misbehaving cops.
He admitted last week: “We have hundreds of people who shouldn’t be here.”
