Fox News agreed to an 11th hour settlement with Dominion on Tuesday to stave off a defamation trial, but the network and its prominent conservative hosts won’t have to apologize for broadcasting unfounded conspiracy theories suggesting Dominion was involved in voter fraud during the 2020 election.
