JANE McDonald fans have gushed over a smouldering picture as the star announced a landmark first in her new travel show.
The 60-year-old has been treating her fans to a spate of updates on her travels in recent days.
On Wednesday, she took to Instagram to reveal details around the new series of Holidaying with Jane McDonald on Channel 5.
Jane shared a close up snap of herself in a khaki green shirt, cream wide brimmed hat and a cream scarf, smiling for the camera.
Alongside it she wrote: “Come and join me on Safari! A new series of Holidaying with Jane McDonald starts on Thursday 27th April on @channel5_tv at 8pm.
“In the first episode I’ll be exploring Kenya and experiencing my first safari – including a night spent sleeping under the stars!”
Jane’s fans were quick to comment on the news, and her glam picture.
One wrote: “the queen is back!”
Another added: “So looking forward to it your travel shows are ace.”
A third commented: “Looking fabulous young lady” alongside a love heart emoji.
Jane’s post comes a day after she teased another new travel series that she’s started filming.
She captioned it: “I’ve just started filming again in another stunning destination! So far it’s been a great first day.”
In the pictures, Jane wore a brightly patterned jacket over a red top and navy trousers.
She stood in front of a beautiful array of flowers, and fans were quick to comment on the snaps.
