Tyre Nichols's Mother Sues Memphis, Police Chief and Officers

RowVaughn Wells, the mother of the Memphis man who died in January after being beaten by police, said in the complaint that her 29-year-old son was killed in “a gruesome, barbaric display of police brutality.”
