MISSING Levi Davis is feared to have drowned in the sea in Barcelona, his heartbroken family have said.

The former X-factor star’s mum Julie Davis said police told her they now believe a man reported drowning near the Spanish city’s port was her son.

The only trace of Levi was his passport – which was discovered 20 days later in Barcelona Port.

The talented rugby player, appeared to have a glittering future when he disappeared nearly six months ago in Barcelona on October 29.

Mystery has surrounded his disappearance – with police remaining tight-lipped leaving his loved ones desperate for answers.

Multiple theories from having drowned in Barcelona to the possibility he might have gone missing “voluntarily” have circulated.

The most extravagant theory sees him being hunted down by a Somalian gang over a £100,000 debt.
