Independent Rajya Sabha MP Ajit Kumar Bhuyan, four bureaucrats and nine others (PWD officials and contractors) have been booked by the chief minister’s special vigilance cell on Tuesday in connection with a case of embezzlement of MP funds meant for local area development.
