Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma links academic excellence to 'agitation-free' environment

Chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma gave credit to an "agitation-free" environment and improved law and order in the state for an impressive Gunotsav performance this year where more than 75% of the state's schools scored the coveted A+ and A grades.
