Olympic aerials champion Alla Tsuper got the NOC Medal “For Outstanding Merits”. The NOC Letter of Commendation was bestowed upon four-time world biathlon champion Elena Zubrilova for her contribution to the development of the Olympic movement, mass and elite sport.
