Biden hosts president of South Korea at White House for summit on nuclear threat

South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol will meet with President Joe Biden at the White House Wednesday to announce new commitments that are intended to disrupt North Korea's ability to launch an all-out nuclear attack.
