This killer animated safety PSA riffs on Grandmaster Flash's "The Message" (1983 video)

Starting in the 1970s, the UK's Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) has created innovative safety PSAs for TV about how to cross the street without getting run over. One classic is this fantastic 1983 animation riffing on Grandmaster Flash & The Furious Five's electro/hip-hop masterpiece "The Message" which was released the prior year:
