A FIT woman with a passion for pilates revealed how the low-impact workout has transformed her physique.
She shared that her waistline shrunk after giving the mind-body workout a go.
Natalie Rose (@natalieroseuk) shared her pilates workouts in a video posted to TikTok.
“The Pilates routine that helped transform my waistline,” she wrote in text over the video.
She noted that weighted side crunches, tricep and leg extensions, and reverse plie presses helped trim her waistline.
The pilates fan also came with receipts, sharing before-and-after photos of her look.
“The routine that transformed my waistline,” she said in the caption.
The video attracted many viewers who shared their thoughts in the comments section.
“Wooow the results are great,” one wrote. “How long is the time in between pic?”
Natalie replied that the photos were taken 12 weeks apart.
“Did you get taller? Looks good,” another added. “I should try this during my time of the month.”
