Wannabe cop who raped underage girls & let dog maul victim jailed as he’s called one of ‘UK’s most dangerous offenders’
A SERIAL rapist who preyed on underage girls and blackmailed women into sex during a sadistic reign of terror has been jailed.
Oliver Wolstenholme, 38, raped three teenage girls one-by-one after luring them to a park and plying them with alcohol.
The wannabe cop also attempted to blackmail one woman into having sex with him on his own wedding night and left another victim so tormented she attempted suicide.
When his home was raided, police found a twisted stash of indecent images that included children as young as a few weeks or months old.
Wolstenholme has now been jailed for 29 years and nine months after he admitted rape, assault and voyeurism charges relating to three women.
His victims came forward after he was previously jailed for 22 years in November 2021 after being convicted of rape, sexual activity with a child and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
He was also found guilty of meeting a child after grooming, possession of indecent images and two counts of possessing offensive weapons relating to four other victims.
The fiend has been branded one of Britain’s most dangerous offenders by probation workers.
Bolton Crown Court heard how the first victim was targeted in 2012 when she was 16 after she met Wolstenholme on a gaming app.
He raped her when she visited his home in Trafford and later sent her a chilling text, saying: “You want to be careful on your way home from college. Hopefully you don’t get hit by a car.”
Wolstenholme raped his second victim in a hotel a year after they met on a dating app in 2014.
The monster secretly filmed her while she was naked on the bed and threatened to send the tape to her boss.
He also shot her in the knee with his airsoft rifle and strangled her until she lost consciousness before allowing his dog to bite her stomach.
Wolstenholme prayed on his third victim while he was still engaged to another woman after they kissed at a house party.
Ben Lawrence prosecuting said: ”She said she was sorry and that it should not have happened but the next day he used it against her.
“He said: ‘Oh well you want me to tell everyone what happened last night?’ and said he wanted to sleep with her.
”He was aware she was vulnerable and concerned that she might lose her friends. He continued blackmailing her until she felt like she had no other option.
“She thought he would stop once they did it and initially he thanked her and said it wouldn’t happen again. But he would continue to pursue her and if she said ‘no’ he told her he would make her life ‘hell’.’’
Wolstenholme forced the woman to wear lingerie she had bought for her partner for him and then secretly filmed her.
Whenever she tried to say no after the incident, he would threaten to post the video on social media.
The sicko even attempted to blackmail her into sex the day before his nuptials and on his wedding night.
In a harrowing victim impact statement, one woman said: ”I tried to kill myself with an overdose.
“I suffer from PTSD and night terrors and have to take sedative medication otherwise I would wake up screaming and feel suicidal.”
Wolstenholme was banged up in 2021 for a string of sickening crimes.
The court previously heard how he would threaten teen girls with weapons and threatened to kill them or their families if they refused him sex.
He met four of his young victims, then aged between 14 and 15, in October 2019 at a Tesco close to his home where he lied about his age.
Wolstenholme offered one of the girls a cigarette and told her that he was a drug dealer.
He then drove three of them to a car park where he plied them with drugs and booze before raping them one-by-one.
The predator repeatedly attacked the girls on dozens of other occasions after picking them up individually in his car.
They were all left too terrified to say no after being slapped and threatened with weapons including a police baton and a knife.
Police searching his car found a kitchen knife, gloves, duct tape, a face mask, bolt croppers and a fruit shoot bottle, containing a vodka-based drink he called a ‘glitterbomb’.
Further searches of his property uncovered a haul of nitrous oxide and female underpants and a Samurai sword.
Sentencing Wolstenholme, Judge Thomas Gilbart said: ”This is a deeply troubling case. You raped six victims and met a seventh after grooming.
“You used coercion and blackmail and threats with weapons. Your rapes almost became a systematic matter of routine.
“I am satisfied you pose an ongoing risk of causing serious harm to others.”
