Toronto woman, allegedly impaired and driving without a license, arrested in multi-vehicle collision that killed 65-year-old

The incident happened on April 18. Hazel Baksh was killed while waiting at a red light in the Albion Road and Finch West area returning home from a mosque during Ramadan.
