Zaire Allen, 19, was extradited from Baltimore on Wednesday and charged with murder in the 9 p.m. March 26 slaying of Alonza Georgia, 24, inside a building within NYCHA’s St. Nicholas Houses on West 131st Street near Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd., police said.
