In an interview with NBC’s “Today” show, Lisa Sturgeon said her son Connor had a panic attack six days before the shooting and thought he should take time off. Lisa Sturgeon says he was seeing a psychiatrist and taking medication. The parents say he shouldn’t have been able to buy the rifle because of his mental state.
