Ombudswoman releases statement of protest concerning promotion of policy of ethnic hatred in Armenia

Azerbaijan’s commissioner for human rights Sabina Aliyeva has issued a statement of protest against promotion of policy of ethnic hatred in Armenia.

The statement in particular says
