Former Louisville star Hailey Van Lith transfers to LSU

Former Louisville guard Hailey Van Lith announced Thursday that she is headed to play for defending national champion LSU.

Van Lith's post on Instagram came nearly three weeks after she entered the NCAA transfer portal. She visited the Baton Rouge campus on April 19.

By joining the Tigers, Van Lith will play alongside Final Four Most Outstanding Player Angel Reese.
