I’m a mom – ‘Karens’ judge how I dress but I don’t care, they’re just bullies
A STYLISH mom said she faces judgment from other women because of her choices.
But she’s not hurting anyone – and besides, mom is always right.
As the mom of a four-year-old girl, Kimberly (@keepingupwithkimbers) has a lot on her plate.
Between work, childcare, and running her household, she doesn’t have time for petty insults from critical commenters.
That’s why she dismissed her haters in one fell swoop with a video that showcased her killer wardrobe and matching attitude.
Standing tall and proud in her living room, Kimberly steeled herself for the day ahead.
“Preparing to get cyber bullied by Karens judging how I dress and mother my child,” she wrote in the caption.
Her battle uniform was a fitted one-piece in a warm cinnamon color.
The practical activewear had flirty detailing on the chest, and gave her plenty of room to move with mid-thigh shorts and a sleeveless silhouette.
She wore sneakers that perfectly matched the color scheme, too, and carried a glamorous purse on her shoulder.
Before Kimberly strutted out the door, she pulled a pair of slim sunglasses over her eyes.
Then, she looked directly into the camera before marching offscreen. “I said what I said,” she wrote in the video’s description.
Even though some “Karens” have nothing nice to say about Kimberly’s outfits, her followers are more supportive.
“I hope when I’m a mom my outfits are this fire,” wrote one fan.
Another was already excited to begin replicating Kimberly’s style.
“Where’s this outfit from?” she begged, adding in a heart-eyes emoji to express her appreciation.
“Girl, you worked for it,” a third admirer agreed. “They just wish they could.”
