Back at last!
My apologies for the break in publishing, but somehow the database for the site got deleted completely between Friday and Saturday last week and despite claiming 24/7 support my hosting company, IONOS Cloud Ltd, don't have second line support people in over weekends and public holidays. When they got into work they did fixes, but forgot to tell me about them. The fixes they made did not work anyway so basically their support is exceptionally poor. I have had to do a completely new install of the Content Management System
My recommendation - If you are thinking of using IONOS as a hosting solution, DON'T.
