The newly public consumer health company will control some of JNJ’s most well known brands, including Neutrogena, Listerine, and Tylenol.

Kenvue, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, is holding its initial public offering and expected to begin trading on the public markets today. If you haven’t heard of Kenvue before, that’s okay.
