In the wake of 2017's Hurricane Maria in their home of Puerto Rico, artists Jennifer Allora and Guillermo Calzadilla took some fallen powerlines and connected them to a generator in their studio. At the time, the power grid was down and would stay down in some areas for more than 60 days.
