New Summer Food Menus from the SYC Galley
Following a Galley inspection by Teignbridge District Council last year we were awarded a top Level 5 Category again from the Health and Hygiene Inspector. However, we were told that to continue preparing and cooking raw food, especially meats, for sale, the Galley would need to be manned by at least one member with a Level 2 Health and Hygiene Certificate. To date, 24 members including Juniors' parents were sponsored by the Club and have successfully qualified. Throughout the winter and into spring the Juniors have regularly fed students and their parents with nourishing hot food.
