Panasonic says will not manufacture Tesla batteries till April 2024

TOKYO, Japan: Panasonic has said that in a bid to improve performance, it will delay the commercial production of its 4680 battery cells used by Tesla and begin manufacturing during the April to September period in 2024, later than previously scheduled.
