YVR 3000 ft winds aloft light and variable. Main valley wind light NNW to 10 km/hr early becoming inflow W to 15 km/hr early.  Novice peak lapse rate -2.0C/1000ft.

SEA 3000 ft winds aloft E at 22 km/hr and increasing to 43 km/hr.  Valley winds NNW to 15 km/hr. Advanced peak lapse rate -3.0C/1000ft.

1. Paragliding Pemberton: -3.3C/1000ft Advanced peak lapse rate.  Great day for Pemberton.  Winds aloft at 3000ft light and variable making for easy triangles. Mt. McKenzie for P2 pilots 0800-1300 and 1800-2000 with P4 conditions 1300-1800. Paragliding prospects 90%. 

2. Paragliding Chilliwack: -3.2C/1000ft Advanced peak lapse rate. Mt. Woodside 0700-1200 and 1800-2000 with P4 conditions 1200-1800.  Bridal should work nice with anabatic flows up ridge.  P2 pilots 1000-1300 and 1800-2000 with P4 conditions 1300-1800. Chances to paraglide 90%. 

3. Paragliding Vancouver: -2.0C/1000ft Novice peak lapse rate.  Grouse for GMFT 0900-2000.  90% paragliding chances. 

4. Paragliding Bellingham: -2.7C/1000ft Advanced peak lapse rate. Blanchard should be away from East wind aloft influence.  Watch for strong P4 conditions 1200-1900. Chances to paraglide 70%. 

5. Paragliding Whistler: -3.6 C/1000ft XXX peak lapse rate.  Whistler for Whistler Flying team 0800-1100 and 1800-2000.  Watch for XXX conditions at peak.   Chances to paraglide 60% off-peak, 30% at peak.  

6. Paragliding Seattle: -3.0C/1000ft Advanced peak lapse rate.  Watch for strong east wind aloft putting Tiger in leeside and rotor.  Paragliding not recommended today.
