#6 - Nathan Lecompte Height: 5'8.5″ | Weight: 155 lbs Year of Birth: 2007 Shoots: Right After playing in the U18 AAA League at the age of 14 last season, expectations were high for Nathan, and he responded well despite a slow start, as he ranked first in the league for scoring with 32 goals, 28 assists for 60 points in 41 games. According to Benoît Payment, CSR Scout (APR ’23): In his second season at the U18 level, expectations were high for Lecompte after he finished ninth in league in scoring at age 14. With many challenges ahead of him, he passed the test with flying colors. Playing alongside new line mates, the start to his season was different than the last one. Despite this, he elevated his game to become an effective player in all three zones. A hard worker, he competed against the best opposing lines night after night. His offensive game improved throughout the campaign and he ended up winning the scoring title. There’s no doubt we will hear his name quickly at the next draft in Sherbrooke.
