To the editor: Issue 1 legal but a corrupt deal for Ohio

Ohio’s Republican legislators are forcing us to vote on changing the state constitutional amendment process during the summertime. The issue will appear in a “special election” on Aug. 8, costing taxpayers about $20 million.
