Israel's Hapoel Tel Aviv appoints Valkanis as head coach
JERUSALEM, June 4 (Xinhua) -- Israeli Premier League club Hapoel Tel Aviv on Sunday announced the signing of Australia's Michael Valkanis as its new head coach.
48-year-old Valkanis' head coaching career has included stints in charge of Melbourne City and Enfield City in Australia, also serving as assistant coach of Greece's national team between 2019 and 2021.
