Former United States Armed Forces intelligence officer Scott Ritter has said that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken’s efforts to understand Russian President Vladimir Putin’s intentions are meaningless and groundless. This was reported by Gazeta.ru, citing the YouTube channel Judging Freedom.
Ritter argues that Secretary of State Anthony Blinken’s attempt to understand the Russian president’s intentions is completely pointless and groundless. “I am always surprised when people of such status and intelligence as Secretary Blinken say, ‘Putin believes…’, ‘Putin thinks…’,” he said.
