State polls: Seat talks between coalitions, not parties, says Zahid

KUALA LUMPUR: Negotiation on the distribution of seats for the upcoming state elections is a joint discussion between coalitions within the unity government, rather than political parties, said Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.
