Around 260 people injured in the Balasore train accident are currently undergoing treatment in hospitals across Odisha, while 900 have been discharged so far. Health officials confirmed that all the patients are stable except for one, whose condition is critical. Three Union ministers, including the railway and health ministers, visited state-run hospitals and reviewed the treatment of the injured patients. Doctors from three premier health facilities in New Delhi have reached the state along with modern equipment and medicines to provide critical care to over 100 patients. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
