RRR centres are instilling in the urban community essential habits of source segregation, waste-to-resource conversion, and eco- and swachhata-friendly lifestyle. Some of the RRR centres will become permanent fixtures in the city geography, well beyond the campaign period. Earlier in March, citizens across many towns, led by lakhs of women, took up mashaal marches for garbage-free cities and zero-waste events.
