Amazon outage LIVE updates — Hundreds of users report problems with mobile app and homepage as website goes down

AMAZON is down for hundreds of US customers after many reported issues with the mobile app and homepage.

According to outage tracker DownDetector, reports of issues on Amazon have spiked to 600 – and show no signs of slowing down.

The site showed problems started at 3am ET/12am PT.

One user took to social media to complain, saying: “Amazon down today. Too smoky to go outside. Feeling a little creepy around here….”

As of 7am (ET), the company is yet to release a statement or acknowledge the problems.
