Survivors, former staff say recovery homes in B.C. ignored reports about employee charged with sexual assault

Two substance-use recovery facilities in New Westminster, B.C., ignored multiple reports that an employee was preying on vulnerable women clients for more than a decade before he was charged with sexual assault, according to several survivors, former clients and staff.
