In The Style ex-owner goes for compulsory liquidation, despite shareholder opposition

Adam Frisby, founder and former owner of fashion retailer In The Style, plans to place the remnants of his  business, Itsarm, into compulsory liquidation, despite a shareholder vote for a voluntary liquidation process.
