NATIONAL SUMMARY
A storm moving through Indiana into Ohio will produce a
large area of rain and thunderstorms. This area will start
out in Missouri and Illinois and continue into Tennessee and
Ohio. A few scattered thunderstorms will also develop
through portions of western New York later in the day. The
Southeast will also have additional scattered afternoon
thunderstorms from the Carolinas into Alabama and Florida.
Another round of showers will also continue to form in
Southern California and continuing into Nevada, Utah and
Wyoming. Meanwhile, southern Texas will be drying out with
plenty of sunshine and temperatures will rise into the 100s
for many. The northern Plains will also be quiet with plenty
of sunshine, but it will remain fairly comfortable with most
afternoon temperatures in the 70s.
