1. After about a year off, I returned to the gym last week. I thought that I hadn't missed it but now that I've been a few times I've realised that I did really miss it.I did not miss the silly posers and men who think you're checking them out every time you look in their direction. Note to self, do not go to the gym at 8am on a Saturday morning.
2. It feels good to be exercising again. I got a program done by an exercise physiologist and it's so much better than the ones PT's ...
