Quebec superstar Gregory Charles and Chiac Disco darling Lisa LeBlanc are in Ottawa this weekend to headline the 48th edition of Festival Franco-Ontarien. The festival unfolds in Major’s Hill Park from June 16-18, with Charles topping the bill on Friday and LeBlanc taking over on Saturday, still rocking the songs from her Polaris-nominated album, Chiac Disco. Also on the program are Michel Lalonde, Dayv Poulin and Sophie Grenier on Friday, and Zachary Richard on Saturday. Tickets, passes and all the details are available at ffo.ca. Admission is free for Sunday’s family day, which features performances by Sugar Crush, the Ottawa-based musical team of Joanie Charron and Marie-Soleil Provost, and Duo Hoops, a hula hoop and clowning pair.
