Hawks, Tigers appeal Sicily, Mansell bans; Ratugolea still in Port’s sights; tackle crackdown asks ‘hell of a lot’

Hawthorn and Richmond will appeal the three-game bans handed to James Sicily and Rhyan Mansell respectively, while Port are still interested in Cats defender Esava Ratugolea after they failed to land him during last year’s trade period.
