Ralf, 43, took to Instagram with a humorous video as he was being pampered behind the scenes, except he seemed to not enjoying the down-time.
He was getting his hair dried in between filming the series as he exclaimed: “I love this. Absolutely dripping with sweat.
“Boiling, can barely function!”
Speaking to the camera, he added: “And then Sinead has to put a hot hair dryer on me because I get sweat in my barnet.”
However he seemed to be in some pain as just as the hair stylist was finishing up, he yelped: “Ow!”
Ralf captioned the video: “Its not all glitz and glam in paradise! #deathinparadise.”
This comes after he gave fans a major update about series 13.

Ralf continued: “We are halfway through episode one and I think it’s going to be very good, I told you the Christmas special is done and dusted and I think that is going to be a pretty good one as well.”
The BBC star promised viewers that season 13 will be “special” since the production crew went “above and beyond” to make it so.
“I think it’s going to be really great,” he continued. Obviously, I can’t disclose any spoilers, but the creative team has gone above and beyond.
“I think every year the creative team goes that little bit extra and tries to make something special.”
