CRUMBS in bed really take the biscuit when it comes to ruining romps, a survey found.
Squabbles about how hot or cold the room should be are also a major passion-killer.
Almost a quarter of Brits — 23 per cent — said crumbs or leftovers between the sheets are a turn-off.
Strictly star Abbey Clancy has admitted leaving debris on the mattress at night — on hubby Peter Crouch’s half.
The 37-year-old model and Strictly star tends to go up first at around 8.30pm, saying: “I drink my cup of tea and eat my biscuits on his side of the bed. You don’t want a crumb on your side. I can’t sleep in crumbs.”
Some 24 per cent moaned about lovers opening or closing windows or fiddling with the thermostat.
Overall, 33 per cent said their partner’s bedtime habits spoiled sex.
Nearly as many, 30 per cent of 5,000 UK adults surveyed by Mattress Online, row over it.
One in ten had ended the relationship.
Some 17 per cent said snoring made them go off their lover.
Meanwhile, seven per cent struggle with the dentures on the bedside table, while two per cent do not like the TV on while romping.
