The central ministries have lined up inaugurations of mega projects in Chhattisgarh, where Congress has been in power since 2018. Modi will flag off a mainline electric multiple unit (MEMU) train between Raipur and the state's administrative capital Naya Raipur. He will also inaugurate Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Bhilai in Durg district.
