Terrifying moment man tries to smash his way into house after attacking woman at random on the street & chasing her home
THIS is the shocking moment a crazed attacker tries to smash his way into a home in pursuit of a woman.
Gulwali Stanezay, 22, randomly attacked the lone female as she FaceTimed a pal in the street.
She fled to a stranger’s home where a homeowner heard a frantic commotion before giving her shelter during the February 26 horror.
Two cameras at the side and above the door then recorded Stanezay’s charge at the address in Harlesden, North West London.
The menace hurls himself at the door with a flying kick before trying two more times.
After his efforts fail he grabs a bike’s D-lock and smashes off a side-camera before hacking at the front-door’s windows.
His relentless onslaught carries on for over a minute as the homeowners screams “Christ” before Stazenay scarpers.
During the attack the homeowner was on the phone to the police but blasted the call handler as having “no empathy”.
Speaking to The Mirror back in March, they added: “They kept saying they cannot give me an estimated time of arrival due to an event at Wembley.
“I’m definitely traumatised now. You can feel it kind of slowly creeping in.”
Cops later arrived but the homeowner claims they went in the “opposite direction” to where witnesses said Stanezay fled.
Towards the end of the video a police officer tells those present: “We did our best to find him and we chased after him and we couldn’t find him.”
Police resources had been used at the Carabao Cup final between Manchester United and Newcastle United that evening.
Before the 22-year-old launched the attack the friend on Facetime to the woman was able to contact her father who went out looking for her.
He eventually came across Stanezay but was punched by him.
The attacker was finally cuffed three days later on March 1 when cops responded to reports of two people assaulted and vehicles damaged at the same location.
He has since pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated bodily harm and two counts of criminal damage.
Stanezay will be sentenced at Harrow Crown Court on July 6.
